How do I pick which lashes are right for me?

What is the difference between each individual lash type? 

Mermaid tails - the most natural of the Cour Cosmetics range featuring a a V shape fan. Longer on the outer corners tapering into a shorter centre with a thing base  

Naturals - a wispy natural cluster fan. Fanning out to a soft wide fan all one length with a thin base  

Naturals Curl - same finish at our Naturals with an added natural curl to the lashes  

Wispys - lightly more full & voluminous then our Natural’s. A fluffy voluminous fan  

Wipsys Curl - same finish at our Naturals with an added natural curl to the lashes 

Volumes - The fullest of our range a thick dense fan tapering down to a medium base

Are Cour Cosmetics lashes cruelty free?

All Cour Cosmetic lashes are cruelty free & vegan using only high quality synthetic materials.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

At Cour Cosmetics, all our lash packaging is recyclable and made of paper materials.

What are your lashes made from?  

All Cour Cosmetics lashes are cruelty free & vegan, they are made from the highest quality synthetic fibres.

What types of payments do you accept? 

We accept credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Do you ship worldwide?  

We currently ship to Australia-wide for now.

When will my order be shipped?  

We process orders in 2 business days.

How long does shipping take?  

For Australia Post, it takes 3–6 business days. For Express Post, it takes up to 2–4 business days. 

How much does shipping cost?  

Standard shipping costs $10 while Express costs $15. All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping. 

Do you offer free shipping?  

Free shipping is available for all orders over $100. Please see shipping rates at checkout.

How do I know when my order has been sent?  

You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. You may also visit the order status page to check the progress of your order.

When do you restock sold out products? 

Cour Cosmetics restock all products regularly. If a product you are wanting is out of stock use the waitlist form to be waitlisted and notified soon as the product you are waiting on is restocked.

What is your refund/exchange policy?  

We regret to inform you that we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items purchased due to hygiene considerations, as well as for cases of change of mind or incorrect item selection.

However, we want to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide us with photos and relevant details of the issue. Our team will assess the situation, and if the product is indeed found to be faulty, we will issue a 'store credit' that will be added back to your account, and can be used for future purchases.
